Summer highlights, swimming in the ocean, building with legos, jenga towers and baking. Yesterday we attempted homemade pretzel rolls.
Elsa took these pictures of a bunk bed for lego men.
Elsa rolling and forming her pretzel dough. The rolls from Costco are much better. Come back soon Costco pretzel rolls, we miss you! After baking today Bryn was after the flour all day. When my back was turned she would go grab a hand full of flour and sprinkle it on the floor, or her toys. No matter how I tied up the bag she got into it.
Kindergarten for big T. He received this bike yesterday in the mail for his upcoming birthday. He has outgrown the 16 inch tire and now rides a 20 inch like big sis. We rode bikes to the first day of school today to avoid the parking hassle.
Riding bikes together early in the morning the day before school. After getting dressed the kids and I took a really long bike ride together to try out the new bike. We biked over to Belmont to see friends and then back. Then in the afternoon we biked over to kindergarten orientation, the bike worked out great. It is still a bit big & hard for him to reach the ground, there were a few tumbles and a few tears were shed, but he's growing and growing.
E's first day of school "I am scared and excited" look.
Loved spending the summer with you kiddies, so sorry to see it end.
