Party at Booth Bay park to celebrate the end of second grade.
My sweet 7 year old. How fast the school year has flown. The changes in you this year have been so exciting to watch. You have turned into a book worm and love your quiet reading time at bed time and will often get lost int eh story and read way past sleeping time ;-) You especially love it when dad will come in and read to you. You have excellent reading skills & great comprehension, because of all your practice. Last night you tried your first Judy Blume book and loved it. Telling a good joke for you is always fun.
All of you love animals & you especially enjoy the Ranger Rick and NG animal magazines that we get.
Look how tall you have grown in inches this school year! Somewhere around 4 inches! The 2 front teeth came in so you look very grown up.
You still love doing art, coloring and making things out of recycled materials you find around the house. We love biking together to soccer games or dad's office for a cold drink from his cooler.
You have become great friends with our neighbor & love to play together at school and after. Right now you two are practicing a Father's Day song that you composed for your dads. Singing is a passion for you. You have numerous primary songs memorized and love teaching your brothers.
You have learned multiplication this year & all about rocks. Ice skating class with church friend Grace was a fun 4 month experience. Your knowledge of the gospel has really grown and you love to volunteer to give the talks & sing a song in primary. This week you are going to speak on baptism.
We love you so much our sweet girl.
