Thanksgiving

Thomas & cousin Trevor in a wagon from early farming days.

We spent Thanksgiving day in Massachusetts. We went to a place where life is acted out in the olden days. We eat a traditional Thankgiving meal and then spent 3 hours walking around a town from the early 1800's. The kids loved the animals, carriage rides & the out houses. It was so fun to teach them about life a long time ago.

I came away from the experience even more thankful for modern plumbing, ovens, washing machines for dishes and clothes & espcially for central heating, I was freezing after 3 hours.

All the family was there. Elsa loved every moment with her best buds!

Elsa took this picture ;-) That is why Peter is cut off.

Peter enjoyed the butternut squash from the buffet style Thanksgiving lunch. He sat in a highchair and played with the silverware while we eat. Thomas roamed from grandma to grandpa begging for food.
