Today together with a group of ward members I took of tour of the Tenement Museum on the Lower East side of NYC. It is a historical building set up to show what life was like for families in the late 1800-early 1900's.

Wow!! It made me really reflect & appreciate what I have!
1. I no longer feel like I live in a tiny space
2. I have windows- running water (hot & cold)- and a modern kitchen (LOVE my dishwasher!)!
3. I have my own potty! Ok I share mine with Todd and Elsa but it flushes- BLISS!!!
